These are a few examples of my modification works. For me, to modify a motorcycle is a hobby. I grew up in a family that lives from motorcycle, because my family has a motorcycle workshop. My interest on modifying motorcycle started when I was a child. To change the look or even change the whole design of a motorcyle is a challenge for me. My imagination dances everywhere I like. From a simple thing such as installing or placing a bolt to remaking the whole design of a motorcycle is a challenge. It is very different when one would like to just fixing or reinstalling spare parts. When we are going to modify a motorcycle all things should be taken into account. All aspect such as the strength, function and aesthetic aspect should be considered.
In my workshop, I am assisted by three people who each have different skills.
Up till now I have more modifications on trail motorcycle, nevertheless I also accept any types of motorcycle to be modified in my workshop.
I work on almost every aspect of modifying motorcycle. From designing a chassis, constructing a body or body cover, paint finishing until machinery works. As examples, I made a chassis from a selected pipe bars using a JIG to make it as balance and stable as possible when it is driven.
A motorcycle cover body is made from materials such as fiberglass, plastic, steel plate and even a PVC pipe bars specifically designed in such a way according to the requested or my own designs.
I work on paint finishing in a special room which I construct myself to minimize dust interference and to enhance the result of my painting.
Furthermore, I also print spare parts from rubbers, aluminum and mattress. I design and build the print plate according to my design and also as requested by customers.
